If you are ready to drive the optimal use of our therapies while upholding the highest levels of drug safety and compliance, then this Medical Affairs Officer/Manager position is perfect for you.

Your Responsibilities

· Pharmacovigilance: As deputy of the Local Drug Safety Unit Manager: strategically managing local drug safety operations to ensure regulatory compliance (collection, monitoring, and reporting of adverse events (AEs); ensure all safety information is processed according to the legal requirements and SOPs; oversee the screening of local medical literature; support the implementation and monitoring of risk minimization measures to ensure patient safety).

· Scientific Communication: Oversee the development and review of high-quality scientific materials, ensuring all communications are clinically accurate, evidence-based, and strictly compliant with legal regulations, industry codes, and ethical standards.

· Scientific Leadership: Act as the primary medical expert for your therapeutic areas, providing deep scientific insights to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

· Cross-functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong partnerships with the Marketing Department, Pharmaceutical Affairs, and Sales teams to ensure a unified approach to product lifecycle management.

We are seeking a full-time employee (eventually 80%).

Your Profile

· University degree in Life Sciences: Pharmacy, Biology, Biomedical Sciences or equivalent.

· High level of scientific knowledge with excellent communication skills.

· Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

· Ability to work cross-functionally, agile, and strong team player.

· Language Requirements: Business fluent English; Dutch and French as local languages (mandatory).

· Experience in pharmacovigilance or a similar position is a strong asset.

Reporting Line

The Medical Affairs Officer/Manager reports to the Head of Medical Affairs.
